Use of Services: Employers agree to provide accurate job information. Candidates agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

Fees: Service fees are outlined in our rate sheet or client agreements. Payment terms are subject to written agreements.

Guarantees: Direct hire placements include a 60-day replacement guarantee, as outlined in client agreements.

Limitations: Konnected Talent Solutions does not guarantee employment for candidates and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
