After recruiting across complex, high-volume environments, Anesha founded Konnected Talent Solutions in 2025 with a clear vision: to bring a more intentional, relationship-driven approach to healthcare recruiting.
Today, KTS partners with healthcare practices and organizations across Texas, providing the recruiting expertise, responsiveness, and personalized support needed to make stronger, more confident hires.
