About the Role:
Konnected Talent Solutions is partnering with an established, physician-led practice in Katy, TX to find a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a unique hybrid role — 60% conventional gastroenterology and 40% integrative functional medicine. This is an opportunity to grow into functional medicine with real mentorship and structured support, not a typical APP position.
What You'll Do:
• Manage patients across both conventional GI and integrative functional medicine
• Transition patients between specialties as clinically appropriate
• Participate in a 6-month joint consultation period with the supervising physician
• Engage in ongoing functional medicine education and training
Requirements
• Active Texas NP or PA license
• 1–2 years of experience in gastroenterology, family medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine
• A genuine passion for functional medicine (IFM training a plus, not required)
• Comfortable transitioning between conventional and integrative care models Compensation & Benefits:
• $125,000 – $145,000 + performance bonus
