Requirements
Required:
∙ Active, unencumbered Texas RN license
∙ Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS/PALS as required by specialty)
∙ Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
∙ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
∙ Excellent communication and patient care abilities
∙ Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
∙ Flexibility to work various shifts as needed (days, nights, weekends)
Preferred:
∙ BSN strongly preferred for acute care settings
∙ 1+ years of RN experience in your specialty area
∙ Specialty certifications (Med-Surg, Critical Care, ER, ICU, etc.)
∙ Experience with electronic health records (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
∙ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
